Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee the development and publication of eBooks from inception to completion.
Coordinate with authors, editors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Manage and track the project's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Liaise between the editorial and production teams to streamline the e-book publishing process.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage project deliverables within the agreed timeline and budget.
Organize and lead project status meetings, issue tracking, and resolution management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital publishing.
