Project Manager - EDF

Overview

Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at their downtown Toronto location (2-3 days per week).

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end project management (initiation through closure).
• Proven expertise in managing project financials, reporting, and Executive SteerCo updates.
• Strong experience in risk management, issue resolution, and milestone tracking.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience working in a Big 5 Canadian Bank or other large financial institutions.
