Project Manager

As we accelerate our development at Leroy Merlin South Africa, we are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive structured execution across the business.
Role Purpose
The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution, governance, and operational anchoring of Leroy Merlin South Africa's strategy.
The role ensures that the plan moves from strategy to disciplined execution, embedded into business routines, store practices, and management cadences. The role does not own strategy design, but owns execution clarity, progress tracking, escalation, and sustainability.
This position operates at the center of LMSA's transformation agenda, working transversally across functions and stores, with direct exposure to Exco and senior leadership.
