Project Manager ( Electrical & ELV System )

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Project Manager to lead our Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects. In this pivotal role, you will champion the full project lifecycle—from design to implementation and handover—ensuring our smart building and infrastructure solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full delivery from client consultation to final handover. Develop and track project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

• Technical Design & Implementation: Lead the coordination of ELV systems (Security, AV, BMS, ICT). Oversee detailed design, implementation, and Combined Services Drawings (CSDs).

• Commercial Management: Analyse and manage project risks, costs, budgets, and contractual issues to ensure projects are cost-effective.
