We are looking for a Senior Project Lead to drive the software delivery of programs, working alongside expert teams in Japan, China, India, and Germany.

What You'll Do

• Own the software workstream from customer acquisition through to final release
• Act as the primary interface with customers and global stakeholders
• Be accountable for Quality, Cost, and Delivery – manage schedules, milestones, and team output
• Analyze and clarify customer requirements with the development team
• Issue development requests, track progress, and remove roadblocks
• Lead problem-solving during development to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
