Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiation and Planning:
Participate in all phases of engineering projects, including RFQ, design, testing, system integration, support, and documentation.
Develop risk mitigation strategies for engineering projects.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant contractual, regulatory, and safety standards.
Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
May give input into developing the budget.
Execution:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective resource allocation and productivity, and resolving operational bottlenecks and technical challenges.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Act as a technical bridge between engineering and other functions, such as Sales Support, Operations, Technical Support, and Field Service, and conduct alignment meetings with cross-functional teams.
