Project Manager - ERP Implementation

We are looking for a high-ownership ERPNext Project Manager who can lead multiple ERP implementations across industries and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and business processes, and enjoys working directly with founders, CXOs, and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across multiple clients
Drive requirement gathering, process mapping, solutioning, and execution
Prepare project plans, timelines, trackers, and implementation roadmaps
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction
Conduct review meetings, risk tracking, escalation handling, and status reporting
