Overview

Project Manager – Facilities A&A. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Facilities A&A) to support facilities-related Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects on a secondment basis. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and handover—while ensuring compliance, safety, and stakeholder alignment.

Location: Central Singapore
Contract Type: 1-year secondment (renewable for 1 additional year)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end A&A projects: planning, budgeting, design coordination, tendering, and construction
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors for smooth execution
• Conduct site inspections, manage handovers, and resolve defects
• Ensure safety and sustainability standards are met
