Project Manager- Fit-out

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing the labor and manpower loading for all projects. (hiring, performance management, termination, etc.)
• Managing all aspects of the construction process.
• Review and assess plans.
• Review bids from subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinating trades/ subcontractors and assessing workmanship.
• Work with members of client's project management team and the general contractor.
• Communicating and following up with client's project management team, other trades, and the general contractor.
• Coordinating inspections and walk-thoughs with client's project management team and/or general contractor.
• Scheduling labor accordingly for all projects.
• Monitoring the progress, activity, and quality of work.
• Obtaining and giving regular feedback/updates from clients on the progress of their project.
