Project Manager - Fit Out

The CSR Group are working on behalf of a main contractor from Northern Ireland who, due to a number of new contracts, are currently in the market for an experienced Fit Out Project Manager. With extensive experience within a similar role, you will be tasked with planning, organising and ensuring each project is controlled and handed over on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard. Salary ranging from £60 -70k plus package Some travel to projects in ROI required Main Responsibilities: Lead a number of projects at any one time. Liaise with Clients, Design, Site Managers, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects. Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion. Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g., materials, resources, logistics etc. Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality.
