Job Summary

The Section Head is responsible for enterprise capability management related to enterprise customer onboarding and automation projects related to customer records management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees project management and business analysis activities especially in relation to requirements elicitation, finalization and functional design review of customer onboarding projects
• Manages the MS D365 Sales Module backlog as Product Owner in partnership with the MS D365 Platform Team
• Provides status updates and coordinates with stakeholders on Customer Onboarding-related initiatives
• Participates in projects related to Master Data Management and CIF administration
• Provides support to business units on change management activities related to customer onboarding
