Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Construction Project Manager with a strong background in general contracting and real estate projects to support a contracting business. This role is responsible for managing multiple active construction and renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Operating remotely, the Project Manager functions as a virtual extension of an on-site PM, overseeing procurement, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, contractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-driven, and confident managing complex projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
