Project Manager (Gold / Tailings Recovery / Mercury) LATAM

GateSource HR is seeking an experienced Gold Project Manager with experience in Tailings Recovery to lead the development, commissioning, and operational ramp-up of a large-scale gold tailings reprocessing facility.

This position is focused exclusively on tailings retreatment and recovery. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise in modern gold recovery circuits and the management of complex slurry and tailings systems, including remediation of legacy contaminants.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong technical execution, accelerated delivery capability, and proven success in operating and scaling gold tailings processing plants.
