Responsibilities
Overall Responsibility:
Manage property transaction projects for our Logistics warehouses, terminals and offices across Region APAC
Success Criteria/KPI:

• Successfully manage the full cycle of property transactions
• Deliver business cases that fulfill global financial targets
• Efficiently provide relevant subject matter support to the Investment Management team in relation to sale and leaseback transactions
