Job Description

Overall Responsibility:
Manage property transaction projects for our Logistics warehouses, terminals and offices across Region APAC
Success Criteria/KPI:
Successfully manage the full cycle of property transactions 
Deliver business cases that fulfill global financial targets
Efficiently provide relevant subject matter support to the Investment Management team in relation to sale and leaseback transactions
Key Tasks:
Manage the full cycle of property transactions from initiation to completion
Support our sale and leaseback transactions
Work on business cases related to our property portfolio and ensuring that our property projects fulfil DSV’s global financial targets
Handle leases and provide advice on lease agreements to local country managers 
Coordinate with stakeholders such as real estate investors, legal advisors, and internal customers
