Universal Realty Group, a leader in Halifax real estate, is hiring a Project Manager to join its construction and development team. With over 30 years of experience, the company manages a portfolio that includes more than 2,500 rental apartments, 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, and the Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites.

The Project Manager reports directly to the General Manager and will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of residential and commercial renovation, capital improvement, and new construction projects in the Halifax area.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through completion and turnover, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget and quality.
