Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build 6th Form College in Haringey. The project is due to commence in April and will involve full responsibility for managing the construction phase through to completion.

The site will be fully hoarded and secure, with clear separation from the existing school environment. While a DBS check would be beneficial, it is not essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the project on site

Programme management and coordination of subcontractors

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget

Liaising with the client, consultants and stakeholders

Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
