Work tasks

• Responsible for the client’s internal project management.
• Manages practical topics like project planning, internal resource coordination, workshop scheduling, deployment topics, data topics, Teams/SharePoint workspaces.
• Manages internal communication and change‑management coordination.
• Coordinates project steering group, cost follow‑up and deliverables.
• Coordinates IT related activities and gate model.
