About Kultakiertue
Kultakiertue is a fast-growing scale-up with operations across the Nordics and Europe. Our custom software is at the core of how we run and scale our business. We're now looking for a Project Manager (Software) to join the team and help us take our tools and applications to the next level.
Our international teams are headquartered in Helsinki, and we work closely together on-site several days a week.
About the role
You'll work at the intersection of CTO, software teams, field agents and country managers. You're technical enough to work closely with developers, but also a strong communicator who enjoys working with users and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role: we support partial remote work, but expect you to be in our Käpylä, Helsinki office 3–4 days per week to collaborate with the team.
You will:
Work as a right hand to the CTO, overseeing custom software development and new application rollouts
