Project Overview
The Digital Transformation Team is launching a pilot program to streamline the recruitment, onboarding, and training of KCC Mall Of Cotabato Supermarket Cashiers. This program aims to ensure quality over quantity in hiring, create tailored training modules, and establish a standardized onboarding process aligned to end-to-end cashier operations.
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead this initiative. You will act as the central connector across multiple teams, design the overall cashier workflow, identify operational gaps, and work with the Training/Lab Team to craft effective modules that directly respond to business needs. This is a contract-based role under DTT, with a high-impact scope that will set the standard for cashier operations across malls.
