You’ll lead HR projects that remove bottlenecks, improve compliance, and automate manual work across a fast-growing healthcare organization.
What you’ll do
Lead onboarding, compliance, and performance management projects
Build project plans and stakeholder timelines across teams
Standardize HR workflows and SOPs for scale
Implement AI tools for recruiting and employee support
Create dashboards for hiring and onboarding metrics
Improve HRIS, ATS, and payroll system integrations
Support audit readiness and compliance documentation
Must-haves
5 years in HR project management or People Operations
Experience using AI or automation tools in HR workflows
Strong Agile or project management experience
