The Why: 
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract instrumental to the HRIS and payroll implementation program at Ubank. You will be responsible for the overall smooth delivery of the HRIS implementation at Ubank by coordinating activities and managing the overall the project delivery in accordance with our internal Delivery framework.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Ubank’s HRIS implementation.
• Define program scope, KPIs, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
