Project Manager - (HVAC/ ACMV)

Job Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise ACMV/HVAC works on-site from commencement to completion. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works. Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and work schedules to meet project timelines. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and discrepancies promptly. Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV/HVAC systems. Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, and documentation. Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
