Project Manager I

**Description**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead large and complex technical projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery• Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risks, and change management• Partner with stakeholders across the business including product, development, legal, vendors, and supply management to achieve key milestones• Develop project plans, estimates, and action steps related to labor, materials, hardware, and software• Provide clear communication on project status, issues, actions, and outcomes• Foster teamwork by coaching and motivating project members, and establishing clear roles and expectations• Identify risks, facilitate mitigation plans, and navigate challenges with sound judgment• Promote and contribute to continuous improvement within project management processes• Ensure proper documentation and maintain all deliverables for auditing• Support portfolio‑level organization for release planning
