General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security Studies Security Studies, Public Policy, or Political Science or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Knowledge and skill in applying principles and practices of project management, basic and applied research methods, and related fields of operations. Eight years progressively responsible professional experience working in one or more of the following Critical Infrastructure (CI) areas: Transportation, Energy, Chemical or Healthcare. Experience in a leadership/management role in a company or government agency in a related CI sector is preferred. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
