Department Overview

The Information Security & Privacy Governance Department is a Department within the Technology Management Division, which is the shared technology organization of the Rakuten Group. The Information Security Management Office plays a central role in group information security governance within the Information Security & Privacy Governance Department, and is responsible for formulating Rakuten Group's information security policies, and for planning, operating, and promoting the information security governance system.
