Leading civil design engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing transportation division. Salary range is $120,000 – $160,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities of Project Manager

• Leading civil engineering design work, from the conceptual level through to detailed construction drawings
• Acting as the key contact on projects working with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staff
• Engaging in active business development
• Preparing proposals and reports in coordination with our proposal team
• Developing project schedules and coordinating resources
• Monitoring budget and progress on projects
• Training and mentorship of our Project Managers and design team
