Key Performance Areas

Project Management

• Conduct feasibility study, Project risk analysis and Project scope planning.
• Prepare project cost estimation in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Facilitate and recommend the appointment of professional service providers (e.g., architect, engineers etc.).
• Conduct advocacy engagements with relevant stakeholders (CLO, SGB, SMT, donor etc.).
• Facilitate approval of drawings by all relevant bodies.
• Develop work breakdown structure, works programme, budget breakdown and cashflow.
• Establish all project teams and committees and ensure relevant contracts are signed and filed accordingly.
