Job Description

Thompson Construction Group has an immediate opening for a Project Manager based out of our Spruce Grove office, supporting Infrastructure division land development and subdivision projects.

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, cost control, reporting, and administrative management of water, sanitary, and storm projects. Working closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and senior leadership, this role supports effective project execution from award through completion while ensuring financial accuracy, schedule alignment, and clear communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Track and report project costs, including weekly cost summaries and job cost reporting

  • Monitor unit rate work, including daily load counts, production tracking, and volume reporting

  • Review and code daily Foreman reports, LEMs, and field documentation
