Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for hybrid monthly training programs. 
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Virtual Training Platform Management: Ensure smooth operation of virtual training platforms, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting. 
• Training Content Review: Review and approve training/marketing content to ensure it meets organizational standards and objectives.
