Project Manager – Innovation & Tech Enablement

Job Summary

The Project Manager – Innovation & Tech Enablement plays a critical role in driving the adoption of new technology, automation, AI tools, and innovative workflows across APAC Creative Production. Working closely with the Innovation Lab, this role manages pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, tool testing, workflow optimization initiatives, and market rollouts.

This PM ensures that new tech solutions are properly scoped, executed, validated, documented, and transitioned into BAU operations. Acting as the bridge between markets, capability teams, tech specialists, and operational leads, the PM plays a key part in shaping the future state of creative production and enabling smarter, faster, more scalable delivery.
