Working Location: Mandai Estate
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, and develop an effective construction strategy.
Lead and oversee site operations, including supervising and coordinating subcontractors and workers.
Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports.<...
