Job Description & Requirements

• Liaise with vendors/sub- contractors, in-house designers, mall managements and clients.
• Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects.
• To ensure site matters tallies with the design drawing and design intent.
• Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress weekly.
• To prepare Project Timeline for Principal's review, and to present to Client for approval prior to starting work.
• Conduct Quality Checks.
• To ensure defect check prior and after each renovation work, and ensure defect rectification to be satisfactory to the company standard before handing over to Client.
• To ensure day to day defect rectification raise by existing or future clients are arranged for rectification on a timely manner.
