Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building construction to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of project management experience in the construction industry, a National Diploma in Engineering (NQF Level 6), and be professionally registered with SACPCMP or PMP. This is an 18 month contract and to be based in Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize building construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
