Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM/SDH/OTN)
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with OTN technology
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience within the telecommunications sector
• At least one successfully completed major telecom project
• Preference: Experience in project accounting and financial management
• Preference: Experience managing multi‑vendor transmission network projects
• Preference: PMP or equivalent project management certification
• PEC registration is mandatory
