I’m currently partnering with a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to join their IT PMO team.
This role will suit someone who thrives in structured environments, understands governance deeply, and genuinely enjoys being the go-to person for project systems and portfolio reporting.
If you’re strong in Microsoft Project Online and have exposure to Project Server Subscription Edition (PSSE), this will be right up your alley.

The Opportunity

This position plays a critical role in supporting the transition from Project Online to PSSE, ensuring data integrity, consistency of reporting, and uplift in portfolio governance standards.
