Our client is a well-established Johor Bahru–based electrical engineering contractor with over 30 years of proven experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and infrastructure projects across Johor and Peninsular Malaysia.
Role Description
Prepare, plan, organize, monitor, and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from initiation through to completion
Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, including task delegation and conducting weekly project meetings
Work closely with Site Managers to ensure smooth execution through effective planning, resource allocation, and site coordination
Liaise with clients and consultants to clarify requirements, timelines, and technical specifications; proactively resolve site and technical issues
Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Purchasers, Contract Clerks, and internal stakeholders to manage costs, materials, schedules, and resources
