Project Manager

We are representing a global leader in Hyperscale Data Centres as they accelerate their multi-million dollar campus footprint in Johor. While many developers focus on generic industrial assets, our client is building the AI-ready, high-density infrastructure of the future in one of Asia's fastest-growing digital hubs.

They are looking for a Project Manager to lead a significant Johor workstream.

You will move beyond subcontract management and take the lead on:

• End-to-End Delivery: Overseeing the construction of $500m+ hyperscale assets from shell/core to complex MEP fit-out.
• Technical Innovation: Implementing next-gen infrastructure, including liquid cooling and high-density power deployments.
• Commercial Leadership: Managing Tier 1 builder contracts, risk mitigation, and project milestones from the owner's perspective.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for world-leading cloud providers (Hyperscalers). ...
