Job Title: Project Manager (Luxury Residential Mansion)
Location: Johor
Job Type: Contract / Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary client representative on-site for a high-end custom mansion project.
· Full supervision and coordination of the Main Contractor and all sub-contractors.
· Manage project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from construction through to interior design handover.
· Conduct daily site inspections and ensure works comply with architectural & ID drawings.
· Liaise and coordinate between Architect, Engineers, Interior Designer, and contractors.
· Manage all site meetings, documentation, and progress claims.
· Ensure timely resolution of site issues and variation orders.
· Oversee final defect rectification and project handover.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
