Employment Type: Permanent
Position: Project Manager
Work Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Salary Package: Basic up to RM6,000-12,000 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction & Project Planning
● Participate in project tendering activities, including preparation of construction organization plans, technical proposals, and cost estimations.
● Organize and participate in drawing reviews; liaise with design consultants, clients, and supervision teams to clarify design intent and propose optimization solutions.
● Prepare overall construction plans, method statements, project schedules, and resource allocation plans, and ensure approval by management and consultants before implementation.
