Project Manager (HV Transmission / Tower Works) – North Johor (Mainhead B)

We are looking for a strong, site-driven Project Manager to lead delivery of High Voltage transmission line / tower-related works in North Johor. This role owns end-to-end execution: site planning, mobilization, subcontractor control, strict safety governance, progress reporting, and documentation for claims and handover.

Base Location: Kluang, Johor (preferred) with frequent travel to North Johor sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety across multiple sites.
• Plan and execute weekly look-ahead, resource deployment, and daily site productivity targets.
• Coordinate tower site readiness: access planning, logistics, materials movement, work sequencing, and method statements.
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams: performance control, QA/QC checks, site discipline, and issue resolution.
