Manage design process through conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design.

To lead drawing review exercises to ensure design is following Authorities requirements.

Understand functional requirements of project brief to enhance value within the proposed design solution.

Able to act early in identifying opportunities to optimize design and minimize abortive design work.

To ensure timely delivery of design deliverables in accordance with the overall development timeline.

Actively engage with Local Authorities for timely approvals.

Able to identify risk or potential variations within consultant’s design proposal.

Provide technical input to Contract Dept to support completion of Cost Plan.

Possess technical knowledge to lead value engineering exercise to ensure cost effective design.
