Project Manager

We are seeking an Operating Model Transformation Specialist to support the delivery of a key portfolio integration initiative within a General Insurance environment. This is a hands-on project delivery role , focused on executing operating model and process changes in close partnership with the Transformation and Change function.

The role operates at Manager (M) level and reports directly to the VP, Transformation & Change Delivery .

• Lead day-to-day project delivery for operating model and portfolio integration initiatives
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across cross-functional teams
