Project Manager

Job Description :

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement, with at least 3 full lifecycle of system implementation.
• Technical project management skills, preferably with experience in managing transformation projects related to Core Insurance system (AS400), insurance products launch, Insurance Point-of-Sales systems (POS), Agent/Customer/Claim Portal, Corporate Websites and Data Lake.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience or domain expertise in GI/Life insurance products, Digital, big data, analytics, AI, infra and cloud.
• Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor.
• Familiarity with Bank Negara Malaysia's Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) guidelines, ensuring compliance and effective risk controls in technology initiatives.
• Experience in driving and managing RFP end to end process will be added advantage. ...
