Project Manager

Job Description :

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and successful execution within timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate technical teams (developers, QA, architects, vendors), assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues proactively, and ensure minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Governance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks (Agile/Waterfall), maintain documentation, track KPIs, and provide status reports to senior management.
