Role Overview
The Project Manager will hold full responsibility for delivering allocated projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from initial design stages through to final handover. You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvements in service delivery, and maintain operational and financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the organisation and clients on design, operational and financial matters.
Take full ownership of project profit and loss (P&L).
Produce accurate monthly internal financial reports for senior management.
Prepare and manage all necessary financial documentation associated with each project.
