Project Manager

·Lead and manage renewable energy projects (solar PV, hybrid systems, BESS) from initiation to commissioning and handover
·Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans
·Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) activities
·Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, utilities, contractors, and authorities
·Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets
·Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
·Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, quality, and HSE requirements
·Review and approve technical documents, designs, contracts, and variation orders
·Manage procurement strategy, vendor selection, and subcontractor performance
