Job Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor site workers' performance and productivity to meet project progress targets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, cost updates, and documentation to management.
• Review and approve variation orders, claims, and project-related expenditures.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all project parties.
