Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when necessary.
• Lead and manage the project team, including task assignment, role clarification, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to TMP‑ISD and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor overall project progress, schedule, and performance, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure compliance with approved project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate problem‑solving and conflict resolution within the project team and across functional groups.
• Maintain proper documentation of project activities, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and lead lessons‑learned sessions to support continuous improvement for future projects.
