Izla Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master who can effectively gather and translate requirements from US-based clients and ensure smooth execution of software development and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from US clients
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Create and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables
Coordinate with development, UI/UX, QA, SEO, PPC, and marketing teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)
